Who we are

Pineapple Software Management LLC (“Pineapple,” “we,” “us”) operates pineapplesoftwaremanagement.com and the passphrase-protected client demo library. You can reach us at info@pineapplesoftwaremanagement.com.

Information we collect

This public website does not include account registration, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics scripts. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, and message.

When an invited client signs in to a demo area, our authentication service verifies that client’s passphrase and sets a short-lived session cookie. The passphrase itself is not stored in the cookie, and we do not create a client account.

Cookies

The public site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. The demo library sets strictly necessary cookies to maintain your signed-in session:

• CloudFront-Policy, CloudFront-Signature, CloudFront-Key-Pair-Id — signed session cookies that allow access to that client’s demo area for up to 12 hours.

These cookies are HttpOnly, Secure, and scoped to the signed-in client’s area (/demo or /clients/…). You can end a session with the “Sign out” button or by clearing cookies in your browser.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide invited clients with access to demos, maintain the security of the service, and improve our work. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS provides content delivery, storage, authentication, and logging infrastructure. We may use service providers for email and hosting, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Security

We use HTTPS, signed demo sessions, and hashed passphrase storage. No website can guarantee perfect security, but we limit access to the demo library and review our configuration regularly.

Retention

Demo session cookies expire after 12 hours. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records. Demo sites store form submissions only in the visitor’s own browser; those records are not sent to us.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have sent by email. You can clear demo cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Children

This website and the demo library are intended for business clients and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
